First, I'm not on a cycle, but things have radically changed for me- mostly for the better- with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). As such I'm finally seeing gains from lifting that I didn't with years of exercise. I'm 6'5" 290. As a side note I was 275 December 2 at 37%bf by bodpod reading... I'm up 15lb while my bf is now under 30%. So I'm very pleased with the progress and the continued improvement in my diet.
That said, I'm starting to see the obvious lack of rear deltoid. I work with a man whose shoulders look like they have bowling balls on them while mine are starting to look like the back half of the ball got smashed in. I'm assuming this has a lot to do with my front delts get hit when doing chest and arms so they are naturally geting more use. And I do train outer delts some. It just seems like no matter what I try I am not hitting the rears right- perhaps body position has something to do with it?
any suggestions for compound movements for this? and how about something for fine tuning?
