Can anyone reccomend a reall good weight gain product. Also what is this N02 like, what does it do, and is it simlair to creatine besides the same guy made it.

just do a search on weight gain products on the board but i can tell you that i had 2 friends that went on NO2 and they both showed no results....although it can be because of their diet or lack of however thats all i can tell you on NO2.

yea just get in at least 1.5 grams of protein per pound and 4000-5000 calories depending on your weight and its guarenteed that you will gain weight.

If you are having trouble gaining weight and are not lactose intolerant, drink whole milk, lots of it along with a good balanced diet of food, high in protein, and complex carbs. I drink a gallon of whole milk a day when I am bulking.

wt gainers are good for alot of cals all at once but really aren't needed and if u look at most there usually packed with sugars and cheap protiens ....its hard to find a good wt gainer i uaually make my own from... a good protein blend like iss miscellar matrix 1 serving, and then i trow in 2tbls pb, 1/2 cup instant oat meal, 2 tbls honey,1 tbls dairy creamer,12 oz of either whole milk or hoods versin of whole milk(more protien here but less sugar)...oh yea almost forgot the banana and 5 grams of creatine monohydrate ...and thats a complete wt gainer right there tons of cals and hardly no bad sugars slow digested and stays with u for a while...:biggthump

Well the reason Im looking to gain weight is because I've been eat 5000 cals and the 1.5 g of protein per lb but I'm gaining weight at a slow pace. On average I'd say it's like 2 lbs every 3 or 4 weeks. I was just asking for your opinion if their is anything you've tried that really put on good weight fast.

as far as supps go, go to www.bodybuilding.com and there you will find many differnt types of supps and good explanations of them. but if you say your eating 5000 cals a day and around 260g protein a day than your calculations might be off. eating that much at your weight should definilty be putting size on you. go to the recipe or diet forum and youll find lots of home made recipes to surely put on wieght.

Well I I have been eating tons like about 6 to 7 meals a day. One reason I think I may not be puitting on the weight is because I play on average 4 hours of sports plus weight training. Should I maybe increase calories and protein?

protein no, calories yes. your probably burning more calories than using to gain weight. so you might have to bump it up to 6000 or maybe even 7000 a day.
