Recently started TRT on Testogel - sore nipples
I've been on testogel 1 x 5g sachets for about 10 days. I feel pretty good in the morning, but have crashed somewhat by the evening. On a couple of days, I tried using a second sachet in the afternoon, but it actually ended up making me feel worse.
For the last 2-3 days, my nipples have become sore. I ignored it at first, but it's getting worse. They don't appear to be swollen, but are quite often hard. From what I've read, this can either just be my body adjusting to the new hormonal levels, or an early symptom of gyno.
My urologist did not mention AIs to me, and I wasn't prescribed any. I understand symtoms of gyno are uncommon on such low doses of test as I'm on, but not impossible if you are particularly sensitive to estrogen. As detailed in my other thread, I was planning to continue on the testogel until I could go on to my own treatment regime of test cyp, HCG, and arimidex(anastrazole) in about a week.
Should I discontinue the testogel until I can get some AIs? The last thing I want is any kind of lumps developing. I know I'll return to my pre-TRT state and mood, but I'd rather just go through that until I can start on a proper regime, than risk gyno, which I'd then have to potentially treat with nolvadex (or letrozole if it's gone too far) from what I'm reading.
Thanks any for advice
