Recommendations?

I am a high school varsity athlete looking to take my game to the next level. Im looking to increase in strength and muscle mass and become an animal. Also im lookin for a good pre workout supp for an intense drive. Can anyone give me some recommendations of supplements that i can look into please.

Hi, thanks for joining the forum!! Being that young, the first thing I'll say is EAT!! Second, stay away from any hormonal type supplements. Your body is still developing & you don't want to do any irreversible damage to yourself..

For bulking, I'd say eat as many calories/carbs/proteins/healthy fats as possible! Again, your still developing, so your body can handle the extra intake.

As for supplements, I'd say try the protein -cakes.What better whey to start your day then with pancakses? N2BM Protein pancakes are the best! Plenty of good nutrition there. You can also get the protein powder Whey To Build Muscle - This protein delivers what you need, when you need it! This one has an awesome ingredient profile!

NTBM has a pretty good rep around the boards and I am going to be logging their preworkout supp here in the next couple of days once it gets delivered.
