hey guys, making my order for 2mgs of igf des going to run 50mcgs for a month pre workout..

curious should I order.. acetic acid and bac water? or sterile water?.. im a rookie at this stuff and I have no idea what to get?

Recon in BW...it should be stable for 20 days like that (which is how long 1mg will last with you pinning 50mcg/day) - I've never dosed it that low - I started with 80mcg bilat.

so im going to do 60mcgd post workout

whats this about the carbs guys? 20 mins after or?


I have a intra workout supplement with carbs is that ok? I wanna grow lots!!
