Recurring shoulder dislocation

Hey guys I'm 22 years old, fit, always played sports
and I have dislocated my
Shoulder 7 times. Every time I work out and my
Shoulder gets tired sometimes it will pop out. Doctors
Want to do key hole surgery but surely there's another
Way to rebuild and for it to recover rather than surgery.

Not a chance. The socket is stretched, and it doesn't snap back like a vagina. That's how mine started. I'm older now, and I've put off all surgery still. Expect pain, and as time progresses, loss of range of motion. The socket itself will lose the natural lubricating ability, then the ball of your humerous will begin to shave off. Eventually you will need "Total shoulder replacement", which you can look up on google. Trust me, I'm living it every day. I haven't had the surgery yet, and living witht the pain is tough sometimes. Socket repair is good, but if you tear it or "stretch" it again, it's twice as bad. Good luck
