Refovit/Cypionate/EQ

Current Cycle:
Wk 1-6: 25mg Refovit EOD
Wk 1-10: 400mg Cyp/wk
Wk 1-10: 400mg EQ/wk

I just finished my 3rd wk. I have already gained 15lbs. I am doing a low carb, high protein cycle, trying to lose fat and get ripped. My mid section is responding great. I am losing excess fat around my mid section and still gaining weight and strength.

Stats:

6"1 243lbs; I started this cycle around 228lbs.

This is my first time with CYp and EQ. So far I am very please with the results.

isn't reforvit dbol? why are you taking it EOD?? does it have a longer half life in liquid for or something? i don't understand...

And I agree, 25mg EOD is a small, small doseage.

If they're the tabs, I think that 37.5mg/day is the sweet spot. That's one and a half tabs/day, they're easy to break in half.
 
My mistake...that should read 25mg ED.

I took 37.5 ED for a few days and noticed my nips getting sore. I started to take nolva and reduced my dosage to 25mg ED.

they are 25mg tabs

are you taking it all at once or breaking the tab up and spreading it throughout the day?

its better to divied it up a little farther , try 1/4 tab am,lunch,dinner,bedtime . every 4-5 hours is optimal but most folks arent getting up at night to take a pill so divide it up as much as is practical

if going over 25 bothered my nips i would stay at 25 and make sure you have nolvadex handy for emergencys
