Research for PCT Test E 500

I have read many discrepancies in recommended post cycle therapy (pct) for Test-E cycles.

I have heard to run nolva and clomid together with various amounts.

I have heard nolva is not needed at all.

I am planning on 50mg of clomid for 4 weeks. I can get nolva also but not sure it will be needed.

No need for Nolvadex. Clomid at 50mg/day for 4 weeks is more than sufficient.

No need to run them together.

Some people avoid clomid for personal reasons..many experience emotional sides, but it varies depending person and dose.

Nolva has it problems too. Clomid is hard to deal with emotionally.
