When you dont even defend yourself, the product or the company and sluff off any questions to an e-mail addy that is usually full so your "CS rep" can handle it. LMAO!

Bad business

Take a second and think about the products you are ordering...the consumer they are intended for and the demand for such products. Your not ordering somthing from Bestbuy.com etc. I havnt ordered from Researchology yet but Lion is an active member/sponsor on the board and I dont get the feeling he is ducking anyone here.
