Reverse Hypers

use them, love them. Way more effective then normal hypers. Also eleveates a lot od lower back pressure and pain that had previously developed
 
regular hypers are mainly for lower back
while reverse hypers are glutes/hams/lower back and is a lot more difficult to perform. yeah, you'll be a tight ass
 
I have only done ones with a real machine, nothing makeshift. They are great accessory work for the dead and squat.

Any suggestions on how to do them with something "makeshift." I figured out a way to do glute/ham raises without a maching, and would love to figure a way to do the reverse hypers.
 
i love them. i do them on the stability ball while holding the bottom rung of the stretch rack. i do them with a 10 lb medicne ball- real tough.
