Rice cakes have zero nutritional value and have a very high glycemic index (since it's puffed). They're a very poor choice for food and they have no purpose in anyone's diet. It very well can be hurting your dieting efforts.

Depends on your diet.

They also are pretty low in cals, and the natural peanut butter is good for EFAs (although not exactly cutter food either) I ate 1 or 2 a day on my last cutter, I lost 12lbs of fat.

Actually peanuts are high in omega-6 fatty acids. People's diets are already too high in omega-6's, and eating a lot of peanut butter only worsens this problem. A little peanut butter is fine, but eating a lot is a BAD idea.

I dont necessarily eat ALOT of PB...maybe one serving a day for some fat and usually 2 rice cakes a day. I dont have a problem cutting either out of my diet. I will get my fats from other sources. I usually get them from almonds and flax oil anyway...just threw in the rice cakes for a change....
Thanks for the help.
