Hey, im a newbie here and figured id throw out a quick question here. I am currently taking Twinlab ripped fuel and Mega Creatine packets, 2 RF first thing in the morning, 2 more for lunch, and around 5 I drink the creatine. I read that taking them both together at the same time is safe as long as they are taken at opposite time of the day. What you guys think? Also a little background, I am 21, 5'8, and weight 190 lbs. I have a lot of fat to burn off and a chest to loose.... any good ideas to help me out. I used to hate the gym and look badly about it until my new passion, I love going to the gym now and its the best thing to happen to me in a long time! My major goals are to get a cut body, but have some mass at the same time. thanks
