for LR3 I rec 2-3hrs post workout , 30-60mcg per dose, for about 4-10wks per study. if you must befor workout do it as early as possible, I like to give my bodys own growth factors to do there thing post workout and dosing post-wo or right before may blunt them. but all and all it will work regardless. but if you want optimal thats what I rec anyway.

Sorry I just noticed you ment Des not LR3. both are great but Des seems to be the next big hitter!
I would DEFF rec that, how i would study it:
wk1-6 10-20mcg 2X a day (maybe AM/PM)
even wk1-8 would be nice, but I would stop around that amount of time and I would stay under 50mcg total ed. (20-40 is enough in my op)
LOVE LOVE LOVE IGF, can't say enough about it (as you can see from my posts lol)
