Thinking about starting my very first cycle been training for about 3 years im 24, 6ft 170lb looking to get more size. Ive been told by a few people sustenon, decca and d/bol is the best cycle to start on.
Just wondering what everyone else thinks any advice appreciated.
And also what supplements should i be taking with any cycle for best results

always start with a single compound so you can know what it feels like and how to control the E2 conversion

test E or test C only 12 to 14 weeks is a good start
 
I am, on this forum, several times expressed my opinion about this type (combination of steroids) of first cycle. That's why I got the title "Elite outcast" and a couple of nice reputation features LOL.
 
Those are GOOD steroids to START! But you NEED to learn about post cycle therapy (pct) so you can RECOVER PROPERLY!
 
Your first cycle should be Test C/E only... Mon/thurs 250mg=500 week. You don't need Deca bro. Get some cycles under your belt first. You may be all right with 40mg of Dbol for 4 weeks to jump start, but my advice I would never take deca (first cycle) My 2 cents.
 
Sust/deca is a popular cycle, i personally hate dbol and its overbloating water retaining puffy, puffy looking nature. Most users experience vast gains on dbol especially when stakced with other compounds but the gains to loss ratio os staggering and for a number of other reasons especially given that you are not of body building ilk, skip the dbol. As Bhrees said, use a test like enth or cyp and run it alone to gauge your tolerance etc. What supplements?? Well if youre just wanting the basics you need a high quality whey protein (something with cals is ok IMO), a multi vit/mineral, BCAA's, and i always suggest liver support. The most important supplement is food, lots of food. And dont forget about your post cycle. Youre going to need nolva/clomid and would be good to have some adex or aro on hand during cycle. Cheers
 
Man there are stickies at the top that explain every single question you asked so far. I a actuLly suprised people have been so helpful. Most people who are lazy as fuck and make these threads just get blasted.

Again, the stickies at the top will tell u everything you need to know. Once you read those and have some questions people will be a lot more inclined to help.
 
4000 cals for bulking.... how long have you been eating that much? And why have you ever even done a cutting diet at 170 @1200 cals???
 
yeah I'm 218 lbs on a bulk and I'm at 3700 cals. That is with me being very active during the day too
for my job. You don't need 4000 at 160lbs.. you probably couldent manage to choke down that much food in one day. At 6'0 you still have a lot of natty gains left. My advice is to read some diet stickys or talk to 3j. I Never had good results untill I took my diet serous man.

dude eat more.... ur a twig for ur height, op ur bulking and cutting is insane, deficit surplus and maintain are the 3 key words, to maintain lets say you need 3000 cals, when you go into a surplus (like 500 more cals) then you'll be gaining weight as ur body has 500 more cals to use, if you go in a deficit (-500 cals total of 2500) then you're giving your body less food to work with so it has to make use of the fat you have and bit of muscle, by going from 4000 cals to 1500 cals you shock your body and it sends itself into starvation mode, which burns muscle

Been boxing for last couple of years needed to make different weights for different fights now im finished with that and concentrating on bodybuilding for the last year just cant keep the weight on.
