db's pull overs 4 sets

TUES-BACK
wide grip pull down 4 sets
close grip t bar 4 sets
wide grip behing neck pulldown 4 sets
close grip rows 4 sets
traps shrugs 4 sets

WEDS-off

THURS-BI,TRI,FOREARM
seated preacher curl 4 sets
tri seat pull over 4 set
hammer curl 4 set
flat bench close grip 4 set
seat db curls 4 set
flat bench skull crushers 4 set
reverse curl forearm 4 set

FRI-LEGS+SHOULDERS
leg press 5 sets
arni press 4 sets
leg curls 4 sets
over head shoulder press 4 set
reverse leg curl 4 set

SAT+SUN off

reps range from 12-4 reps
usually abide by 10,8,6,4 but push that extra 1. *note every 2to4 weeks I change up the specific exercise for those muscles to avoid peaking but same scedeul I follow.
