MOST people just don't recover well enough to train heavy 4 days a week period. Despite what the shiny BB mags promote about what the top "pro's" do. You need to ask yourself.Do I have the genetics of the pro's? Do I have their experience level? Am I using the drugs they are? If the answer is no. And it ALWAYS will be or you wouldn't be here asking questions. You will likely need to scale back your training. While your overall set count isn't too high, you probably go pretty high on intensity. And doing that 4 days a week will leave joe average trainee overtrained.
