RS not responding ?

I have problem, coz two days ago I've send them money, and for now I haven't got any answer from them. I donno , they have money or what ?

dont order from this place, they suck, the worst customer sevice, and they always fuck up the orders....

I send them money, and nothing ...
And when I send them another (from 100) email, they send me answer : they didn't get any of my emails, and didn't get my MTCN and other shit !

first time i ordered they send me big package, and it got seized by customs. they took my needles and everything and then i had to pay taxes for everything. also they didnt have one beaker in stock so instead of emailing me and asking if they could send the whole package later, they send one big, and then one small with just the beaker in it, they send it by express to europe so that cost ALOT for one beaker. they took money from my card without permission.... also theysend me wrong size on the flask.

so if anybody know where i can order flask i would apreciete it if u gave me a link....
