RUI order tracking number doesn't exist?!

I'm wondering what's going on myself. I placed and paid for an order on 6/2 it is now 6/7 and they charged my card the next day. However not only have I not received a shipping confirmation or a tracking number but I also cannot get an email response from them. Not happy I've used competitors previously with no issue. This is my first time using RUI and I did so because they are a sponsor. I trust the fact that they are solid, based on you guys never leading me wrong. But if one thing pisses me off it's lack of communication especially when money is involved.

dont worry broskie ur shit will come, just like my im impatient and dont trust shit easily. i just got my shit in the mail yesterday, my tracking number didnt pop up until the day before i recieved my goods so dont worry it will come. enjoy once it does

it will com ebro. I've placed 3 or 4 orders with them the last few months and only 1 gave me a tracking number but they all came. No worries with them.

I have been waiting a week and a half. tracking number didnt exist too. contacted them they said usps hasnt updated the system yet. so still waiting.

I know RUI is legit. I got an email from them the day I made my post on this thread to tell me they are out of sealed Sterile vials and will have them midweek, which would have been two days ago. The vial was only one of 5 components of my order which included Bac water, IM pins, and insulin pins, also a unsealed vial. It's now friday and I still don't have any info from them, which means my order has not been shipped. This is almost going on two weeks. To me this is unacceptable business. I've received international orders from Z quicker than this. Only tried them because they are a sponsor. A research company that cannot get vials for two weeks? At least send me my other shit. All I want to do is start my HCG, now I have to extend my blasting phase another week and it's already been too long. I should have went with ******* like I always do. I don't like to complain especially about board sponsors, but come on. I've never dealt with any research company and probably used 5 or so that I did not have my package in 3 to 4 days. These guys haven't even shipped yet but had no problem pulling my funds the second I placed the order. Very disappointing.
