Some may have had problems getting through the checkout process over the last 24 hours. Internal server changes within USPS have caused errors to occur between many online sites and USPS, which is halting customers at checkout. We've been able to find a workaround for this on the site, so no one should be experiencing any more problems during checkout. Hey thanks for that!! But I am still having trouble placing an order. When I get to step 4 to fill out CC info, all the fields are grayed out :-\\

acexnx316, what you are experiencing doesn't necessarily seem to be the USPS error from earlier. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies for RUI-Products.com, and attempt to reorder. That should fix the problem you are experiencing. If there are any more difficulties, let me know,

Hey, thanks for the reply... Unfortunately, that did not help!! So just for the heck of it, I downloaded and installed a different web browser (Opera) and though the layout of the website is all distorted with it, the order went through fine.... the web browser I was having trouble with that it would not work with is Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, for reference/in case anyone else has the same issue! Thanks for your help and happy new year!
