I accidently placed my order from RUI to my billing address and i do not want it sent there i have a current alternate address it needs to be sent to..since there is no phone number, and email is very ineficient(emailed them a day and half ago) and still havent heard back. I dont want that order shipped out before i get a response to my request on that email and its too late..What should i do???

It probably shipped the same day. Not sure what the deal on email is. They used to be lightning fast on responses. I have moved this to there forum

Every time I emailed them about an issue they got back to me that day if I emailed them during normal working hours.
