Safely extend cycle?

Is it possible to safely extend a cycle beyond the "normal" 8-12 week?

I'm currently in week 7 of my 600mg/wk Test-E cycle. I didn't see any real gains until week 5, when suddenly everything started happening. I had originally planned only running it 8 weeks, but now I'd like to extend that out due to the late start. My original 8 week plan gave me just enough time to take 2 months off, then back on for the summer (yes, for vanity purposes). However, now that I plan to run it up to 12 weeks if the gains continue, that throws off my summer schedule.

I've had it suggested to me by a few at the gym, to utilize a blast/cruise method. Basically taking a couple weeks of maintenance test ~250mg, then starting right into another cycle of different hormones. I've done a little reading about this, and it doesn't quite sit right with me since it never allows for HPTA recovery. Is there any "safe" way to either extend my current cycle (ideally would be thru the summer), or to basically bridge together 2 seperate cycles without taking off the same 12 weeks I was just on??

I have not been taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during this cycle, since again I had planned on it being a reasonable short one, but have it available to me should that be part of any protocol that might allow me to do what I'm attempting to do.

Any thoughts?

you can run it 12 weeks-but the whole blast and cruise thing makes you a higher risk to become an HRT patient

It's the BEYOND 12 weeks that I'm asking about. How to bridge into another cycle more quickly than with 12 weeks off, or a safer way of continuing into another cycle without the break at all. Is it even possible?

hahaha-your funny bro

the simple answer is-NO

now lets define safe-do i think youll die NO

are you risking your balls? yes but it dont matter how short your cycle is your risking those everytime

do i advise a blast and cruise for anyone that isnt ready to be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for the rest of their life-NO

is it possible to do it and be fine and recover your balls-yes

but there is no way to know for sure either way bro

I undestand what you're saying. "Safe" is a relative term. My concern is how much more suppressive it would be on HPTA to run my current cycle for 20 weeks vs running something like the blast/cruise that was suggested to me. I know it's going to vary from person to person, but I don't plan on doing TRT/HRT (although who does plan on it).

their is really no way to answer question cause it varies so much from person to person-maybe someone else will have a better answer

well i have only done 2 cycles-first one was 14 weeks and recovery was simple-just clomid-this one i lost count of the weeks-started on 11/15/09 so i guess we will see.

i have heard of guys running 9 months and recovering-but i think the longer your on-the harder it is to recover

Im not more experienced than OAK but he made a couple good points I agree with.

Blast and cruise is putting you at risk to be a TRT/HRT patient

Its said that time on=time off including pct,but ive read in some situations like that of guys that compete, you need at least 6-8 weeks off for suppression of HPTA to start getting back to normal...but who know how true that is?Blood work is the best time piece from one cycle to the next.

Is it not possible if you extend this cycle push the next planed one back a few weeks?

And your quest for vanity may leave you with ed...just saying.

Yes, it's certainly possible, and more than likely what I'll end up doing. I'm not willing to sacrifice proper HPTA function for a summer of looking better. I'm just trying to determine the prudent limits of running one long cycle, and see if there are any other options available to me. Please keep the suggestions coming.
