hilarious i wouldnt consider it to cleanest\safest being that its a 19-nor. Sides at a normal dosage 400mgs can be a real problem and if your prone to gyno u gotta be careful. By no means a noobie compound

some sides maybe less, whiel others are more or new alltogether.
no prob.
just make sure you research VERY deep into anything BEFORE you touch it.
And run it by people on the forums when time comes JUST to be sure.

A friend of mine suggested Ana Anavar (var) as safe solution. He's been on it for 9 months though and I haven't really seen any results from it...looks the same, just a few more cuts. Can you add muscle with Ana Anavar (var) ? It looks as though there's no side effects at all and doesn't need PCT's & AI's.

if your friend has been on Anavar (var) for nine months you need new friends because your old ones are stupid. the whole purpose of coming to these boards is to learn the right way of doing things but many people just come here wanting people to agree with what they planned to do all along.

tell your friend to get off Anavar (var) NOW and start a heavy and long pct NOW. he should also try to get blood work and have his liver values checked to see if hes screwed up his health bad.

Your friends an idiot, sorry to tell you. How old are you by the way? Your knowledge of steroids is nowhere near where it needs to be, and neither is your friends. Anavar does need post cycle therapy (pct), and considering your boy hasn't seen any gains, I'm gonna guess it's bunk or his natty test is fucked.
