salmon and other fish?

we all probably eat tuna but how about salmon and other fish? i am going to start eating salmon 1x/week
 
I eat salmon, mahi, swordfish etc. a few times a week, along with tuna of course.

I eat fish way more than chicken or beef...I get knida tired of that stuff quick. Not much bottom feeder though - crab, shrimp etc...
 
Sardines is a good one and cheap. Low mercury and pcp's compared to other fish. Good source of omegas. Very high in protein and other nutrients.
 
I have salmon steak at least once a week. Great source of efa's.

Another good one to try, GA, are sardidines. (I think someone already mentioned) They are less expensive. The thing about sardines is you either like 'em or you hate them.
 
I eat mostly tuna but I do have salmon usually once a week. I'll do the salmon steaks or sometimes just eat a nice slab of smoked salmon.
 
I do eat sardines, on occasion. They are mostly a once-a-month snack for me...i'll buy some on a whim and eat them while watching TV.

Once in a while I eat some tilapia, salmon, or haddock. I don't eat it very much because it is a little too pricey for me and mercury levels.
 
I love seafood. All you can eat Crab leg buffets are a real treat when bulking because Crab meat is probably my favorite food. I also like Mahi Mahi, Cod, Whiting, Shark, Salmon Steaks, Shrimp, and I actually prefer canned Mackeral over canned Tuna. Canned Mackeral seems to have a bit more flexibility as to what it goes well with as well as containing more protein and a healthy amount of Omega 3's compared to canned Tuna.
 
mackeral, do u eat it like tuna, straigh tout the can? or do u have to cook it, i might buy some, tuna gets boring....we all know that, also, i eat crab meat 2-3 times a week, good idea or bad? it comes from the dining service so i don't know exactly what brand it is? The oil tuna comes in, is that good for you? what type of oil is it, i think it is vegetable? not sure, i always just get the tuna packed in water
