They are great in the fact that they will provide quality muscle with virtually no side effects. Some can get away with running them in PCT, but I personally wouldn't recommend it. They are somewhat suppressive to the hpta even though it's minimal.

10lbs is certainly achievable with SARMS. A typical SARMS run is 6-8 weeks. With the right diet you can put on 10lbs and gain no noticeable fat. My first run was ostarine alone at 12.5mg/day and bumped up to 15. I didn't need any more. I gained 8lbs and lose abdominal fat. It was my first ever run with an anabolic, but I was certainly impressed. Heres some more info on them:

What the others have said is spot on, but only if you have quality SARMs. Since SARMs are big pharma's way of trying to create side effect free steroids that they can then patent for lots of money, they are the wave of the future. Go for it, run a log, and see if they are good for you. Everyone reacts slightly differently, just like they do with AAS. The three biggest good things about SARMs is that they are orals (no needles needed), liver friendly, and legal to buy. Not legal to use on humans, but legal to buy and own. No cop can hand you a warrant and search for them.

Bloat is very common with mk-677 unfortunately. It's amazing for fat loss, but you don't really notice it until you come off and lose the water weight. Also mk-677, other hgh secretagogues, and hgh itself is known to irritate arthritis and tendonitis which is contrary to what you would think because it also works to repair joints and tendons.
