I have been weight training from around the age of 18, I took my first and only other course of steroids (5 week course of Test prop with nolva/chlomid pct) at the age of 21 which got me from my plateau'd weight of 80kg up to 85kg and I managed to maintain at around 83kg. At 22 I became an amateur boxer, where gaining weight was was no longer necessary and in order to excel I purposely dropped my weight down to my current 72kg, with a fighting weight of 70kg. I have now given up boxing and want to get back up to my original weight, and my final goal will be to reach the 90kg mark. In order to give me an initial boost Im going to run a second course, please give me your advice and opinions on what I believe to be an ideal second course. Thanks in advance.
Total 12 week course + pct.
Week 1-2 - 30mg dbol per day
Weeks 1-8 - 2ml per week Deca 250
Weeks 1-10 - 2ml per week Test 400
Weeks 10-12 30mg dbol per day
Start PCT day after last dbol tab.
I will run this with a strict high protein diet, with high calorie intake, as my main goal is to gain size, not necessarily stay lean. This will be with an average 5 gym sessions per week.
