Second Cycle please help!

I'm new to this forum and was wondering if i can get any help at all from anyone of you.
My 10 week cycle is going to be 10 weeks of sust 250 at (250mg every monday and thursday)
Dbol 1-4 weeks at 50 mg a day.

Pct will be Nolvadex 40ED/40ED/20ED/20ED after 2 weeks on last injection.

I was also given Arimidex but in a pill form at 1mg each pill.
My question is, is this a good plan only being my second cycle? What should i run as an Anti estrogen during my cycle? The adex or something else? I'm nervous about gyno although i didn't get any symptoms last cycle. Thanks guys.

What was your previous cycle? And when was it?

How does your pre-cycle blood work look?

Age 23(Yes i know i am young to be doing this) 5'3 and i'm not sure about body fat but i'd say about 14-15 percent.
My previous cycle was last june about with Test E, Dbol and Liquid Aromasin from a friend of mine. I ran the Test for 10 weeks, Dbol first 4 weeks and aromasin everyday till it ran out(what i was told) and that was it. And the first cycle i didnt get any bloods done, i am going to get my bloods done next week and will post. I am starting the second cycle after i get bloods done.
I should of done this sooner and not last minute.

From what you said, you were given Adex, does that mean someone else is putting this cycle together for you. Have you any education in AAS use and safe use? So do you know what an AI is and what it is used for?

Are you educated in Estrogen and Prolactin ? The sides of high and low Estradiol.

Please , your stats and where you got your info.

I'm pretty new but i've been doing research and the person said for a (bulk stack) to take the test e, dbol, and gave me the aromasin to run everyday till it runs out and gave me arimidex, but i see mixed things about the adex, to take when symptoms pop up or after cycle or during dycle. So i'm not really sure what to do with it. Right now i have Sust 250 dbol and the adex. I'm not that educated in AI.
Right now i'm just taking in where i get my info and hope to trust them but i thought i would ask a forum board to get more answers and knowledge. And thank you!

Save what u have get more sust u will wanna run itb12-14 weeks for best results give it a few more years also just stock up till ur aa bit older
