Second Cycle Sust/Eq... What do you pros think?

What's up everyone, first post here on the forums so lets see how this goes. I wanted to get some feedback from you vets on a cycle that I am currently putting together. This will be my second cycle, first was Test E/Var that I finished about 6 months ago.

24 years old, 5'11" x 205lb and 12-14% bf. Picked up a weight at age 15 and have yet to put it down.

I am planning on using Sustanon/Equipoise as follows:

Weeks 1-14 EQ (500mg/wk split up in 2 shots)
Weeks 2-16 Sust (500mg/wk pinned eod)
Weeks 18-21 Clomid/Nolva
Arimidex will be on hand to treat any gyno related issues during cycle.

Am I correct in waiting 2 weeks after last pin to begin pct? I have read waiting 3 weeks after last sust pin due to the long decaonate ester, but it just seems like a long time to wait. I will run clomid @ 150mg on day 1, then 50mg every day for the duration, along with Nolva @ 20mg every day.

Other than that pct question, what do you guys think? Thanks in advance for any help !!

1-16 EQ at least 800mg's a week
1-16 Sust

PCT wait at least 3 weeks before starting to let all the esters clear out. EQ needs to be run high and longer than most people think. Start them together.

Be sure to keep an eye on rdc count as eq will thicken your blood. Just give blood to keep it safe.

Run the nolva at 40 ed for the first two weeks of pct.

Start them both together.

Then follow what was started above.

Give blood before you start. Then make sure you get bloods done every 4-5 weeks. As stated make sure you give blood through out your cycle with eq. The only thing I would say is keep what your planning on pinning. You dont know how your body will react to eq. I took only 300mg and I suffered from higher red blood cell count. So untill you know how your body is goi g to react to eq I would keep doses between 500-600mg.

Am running another eq cycle right now gave blood and planning on giving blood every 60 days. If you give double red wich would be best if your on eq then its every 90 days.

The longest I want to run is 14 weeks, I feel like 16 will just make it that much harder to recover and the gains won't be much if any greater with the two extra weeks. I was under the impression that you should stop the EQ two weeks before stopping the test? That is why I figured I would start two weeks prior to starting the sust. Any thoughts?

U want to run your ai during cycle too. It's not one of those "on hand" deals.

What would you suggest, .25 eod of the adex while on cycle? Don't you think that may cut too much estrogen at the expense of some gains? I want to play it safe but figured I would listen to my body and only take the adex if I felt like I was seeing a lot of estrogen related sides... What do you think?

Do sust 1-14 and eq 1-12. Honestly, eq should be ran longer then 12 weeks. U need to run an ai too.

The same way your thinking about gains in 2 weeksnits the same for recvery from a 16 week cycle. 16 weeks should be a minimum when running eq period. If your not willing to do that then you should thinknof doing something like DECA. Eq doesnt really kick in till about weeks 10-12 depending on your body chemistry so doing 4 weeos more is not going to make a difference in gains. Thats why you need to research what products youre going to use and make sure that you can are able and willing to do it correctly. Eq is one of the best compounds to help gain lean mass but because it is only half as androgenic as test it takes longer for you to get these gains.

But no matter what you doif your diet is not right then all of it is for not. So unless your willig to commit choose another compound tonuse and forget eq.

Thanks for the info, I will definitely do that at least twice throughout my use of the eq. Just out of curiosity though, say I didn't give blood and my red blood cell count was higher than normal. What kind of problems could I run into then?

Since I want to run the sust/eq for the same length of time, but want to stop the eq two weeks before stopping the sust, I was planning on beginning the eq two weeks prior to beginning the sust. I figured since it takes so long to enter the bloodstream, I'd be fine for two weeks until I start the sust. Am I okay in doing this or is there some reason why this isn't a smart thing to do?

Hematocrit*is the ratio of the volume of red cells to the volume of whole blood. The normal range for hematocrit varies between sexes and is approximately 45% to 52% for men and 37% to 48% for women.

*signifies the number of red blood cells in a volume of blood. The normal range in men is approximately 4.7 to 6.1 million cells/ul (microliter). The normal range in women range from 4.2 to 5.4 million cells/ul, according to NIH (National Institutes of Health) data.

*is a protein in the red blood cells that carries oxygen and gives blood its red color. The normal range for hemoglobin may differ between the sexes and is approximately 13 to 18 grams per deciliter for men and 12 to 16 grams per deciliter for women.

Symptoms of polycythemia can be none to minimal in many people. There are some general and non-specific symptoms that can be seen with polycythemia. Some of these include:

weakness, fatigue, headache, itching, bruising, joint pain, dizziness, abdominal pain

Also know that high red blood cell counts will and can effect your liver kidneys lungs and heart.

My bloods revealed the first time I did them that my Hemocratic was at 49% and my hemoglobin was at 19.3 so yes everything was elevated with only 300mg or what it ammounts to 1CC a week.

Thanks for that man that was some good info, I'm going to get blood work done before starting and probably at the midpoint to see where I'm at..

Any answers to my question above?

Theres not an issue with this. Eq is not like deca its not a harsh shut down, but eventually it will. So 2 weeks of eq with no test should not be a big deal.
