After lifting seriously from the age of 14 to 22, my career choice prevented me from working out with any regularity. Four years ago I switched careers and finally got back to doing what I missed out on for a decade, pickin up heavy shit. Last year, after lurking around here for some time, I did my first cycle (also sustanon 250) and got some great results at only 0.4ml/wk. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with it being my first one or the fact that I have low T but I try not to look a gift horse in the mouth. This time I chose to up the dose and run hcg throughout in the hopes of possibly avoiding the extremely painful bacne I had last time. I also finally got off my ass and posted in 3J's thread to help clean up my diet too. Up until last month I was using a 5x5 based program, but have since switched to a westside template.

while i had every intention of documenting my entire cycle life got in the way and now i'm beginning week three.

So far the only thing abnormal has been blood pressure which i started taking some CoQ10 for. I also ordered some letro and plan on adding that in at 0.25 eod once it gets here. I've also gained about 5lbs which I'm confident is just water weight and what is contributing to the elevated BP.

Seems like a very low dose to me.. test that is..

I agree. I've seen most people on this board recommend, and report to have taken 500mg/wk more often than any other dose. Mine was based on the advise of a friend who recommended I start at a lower dose, and to increase only if results weren't seen. Now if this person had no experience w/ aas, or if i didn't know them, I wouldn't have been inclined to take their suggestions any more seriously than anyone here.
 
checked my blood pressure again yesterday and it's down slightly to 131/87. I need to donate some blood too. I forgot to mention that towards the end of my first cycle I was experiencing some nasty pip, but after reading about the grape seed oil and using that I've been fine. I'm currently using 0.3ml added to each dose.

my wrists were bothering me a bit wednesday morning but went away later in the day. my skin is now beginning to get oily and i'm feeling a bit lethargic so time for some letro. i also need to switch my ME workouts to my off days so the extra volume won't affect my job and i can go hard w/o worrying about rest time.
 
Updated my original post as I forgot to include the peptides I've been taking for the past 8 mo. and realized I posted the wrong dose I used on my first cycle. the peptides have really helped my arthritis and appetite and I don't see the need to come off anytime soon.
 
so i thought i had this nasty pip thing licked but it reared it's ugly head again. i pinned my right quad on friday am following my usual routine but wasn't able to use the heating pad as long as usual. oh well. My "GHR" showed up thursday so i went ahead and modified it and put it together friday am before i worked out.

switched to wide grip (index on the band) and worked up to 4 reps @225 for two sets

sit ups superset w/ dumbell curls @15lbs

i'm up about 8lbs now and started taking the letro on sunday am @ .25mg eod. didn't check my bodyfat % yet so maybe i can get to that today. i'm expecting somewhere between 12 and 14%.

had to work OT and have gotten behind on my log so i'll just throw in some general updates and today's workout

switched to only delt shots and haven't had a problem since. not sure why but whatever. finally got my "box" in from elite and took it for a test run Sunday after work for my DE squat day. now i just need some chain, a couple of specialty bars and a reverse hyper and I'm set for awhile. I've backed off the letro from .25mg eod to .125mg eod. i started to get some joint ache and still keep my bp in check. bacne still hasn't become an issue so hopefully i'm out of the woods and can simply run this much test in future and still avoid it.

alright so OT is not going away anytime soon, so i'm gonna have to keep my updates short. my work schedule has also changed three times this week. thankfully i've still been able to work out.

i just got some test e in 400mg/ml so i took it for a test run thursday morning. hit my left delt @ 200mg with some moderate pip vs the sustanon, but nothing too severe. so my next cycle will include test e and some decca. i'll prob run the test @ 400-500mg and decca @ 200mg.
 
so about to start week eight. my bp is back down to 130/89 and i've put on 12lbs. i stopped taking the letro altogether and i'm no longer experiencing any pip. unfortunately i have to go out of town on business untill next weekend and will have to pin, so hopefully i can bring something preloaded without any issues. the only issue i'm having right now is lethargy. while i'm sleeping plenty i'm tired as hell. lots of coffee gettin me through the day but i think i may just need more cardio. Still sittin at 12-14% as measured with calipers.

glad to help. i'm still not that good with the calipers but getting better. i also still need another Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (letro was a bit too strong for me) and some more blood work. unfortunately i also need things to slow down at work in order to have the time to get it done.
 
got back from my business trip yesterday. i managed to get a few workouts in but not great as equipment and time was limited. brought a preloaded syringe in my checked bag and had no issues. pinned again after i got home, so no interruption to my schedule.
