I Suck the Biggest Cocks & Swallow too !!
Been on T for about 8 weeks now. Been posting and learning and thanks to everybody. A few questions I have stated on other threads and just looking for some more information. Little background 29yo and T was a 170 and 210 from the start. Started on the patches for a month then been on Test E the last month. Patches were equivalent to about 100mg a week and intinally went on 100mg per week of Test E.

Ok the first month I was the patches I lost 12-15lbs fatigue was going away not totally though, libido up and mental foggyness completely gone. Patches created inconsistent feeling throughout the day so I asked to go on E. The first week of E I shot up in overall feeling and libido then came down and plateud.

Questions that I have thought of

1. After two weeks of test E I gained back 8lbs, not what I want as I lost 15 lbs already and really needed to lose 15lbs. Now My muscles feel tigher and legs seem stronger and guessing some of my fat weight went to muscle weight, but I need probably drop another solid 20lbs. I am not on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) yet, could the weight gain be due to E and water weight?

2. This feeds off question one and E. I feel slightly bloated alot and feel like I just drank a lot of water and not really hungry like I used to be. I seem more red faced, and get hot flashes just about every morning around 9-10am. Also feel like presure on eyes. Are all of these things consistent with elevate E.

3. Reading bottles of aspirin and IB prufen it talks about steriod use and these medications, any thoughts or ideas. From what I have heard they are talking about oral steroids. but eithe way testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can be harder on a liver so i would imagine a heavy use of IB or aspirin should be monitored

4. Ok comparing how you should fee with normal testosterone on a line graph, 10 being best and I started probably at 1 I would say I went up to a 6 maybe 7 then dropped down to 4 or 5 and am maintaining that straight line. Is it the amount of test needed to be increased or combinated of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or HCG should help me get to a 9-10 range and plateu from there.

5. I know your meat stick is not supposed to grow on this stuff, but I can tell you its probably a solid 1/2in to almost a 1" longer and thicker specially towards the top. I dont know if this attributed to growth or the mere fact of being stronger. Curios to see what it might be like once I get my levels where I want them to be.

6. I was on 100mg every 7 days I was crashing hardcore starting on day 5.5 and 6 was gone, the GP said I could do every 6 and raise the injection amount, last two weeks did day 6 and the crash is gone, so frequency is dialed in now at least. Now she said I could up the dose based on feel. So last week was the first time and I went to 140 and no change over the last week. She really didnt give me limits or anything, Im kind of wondering what you think I should do? Should I try 200mg every week or maybe 160, I have plenty of it so thats not a problem. I could get a blood test but based of of feel there is no way that my T levels are great as I feel pretty much the same as 4 weeks ago and I was only at 234. Problem being is if I go to say 200mg every week will that raise my E levels and I will just be in the same boat as I am now. I am also trying to play the guessing game with these docs as it seems all are different. I dont want to be on say 140mg and my T levels are at 400 and the doc says your fine stay there, which to me being 29 is way to low. I much rather go in and be on 200mg and have a high t level and have them say back it down.

7. Will Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and HCG ultimately raise T levels. If I go on a higher dose for say a month and my levels are over 1000 will that physically hurt me for a month until i get a blood test.
After 4 weeks of the patchs I was a 234 and since 4 weeks of Test E no blood test, but can go in anytime. Im not on an HCG or Aromatase inhibitor (AI), my GP is down with the idea but wants me to see an Endo first which about 3-4 weeks out. So I am saving that blood test for about week before the Endo appointment.

Also I had high cholesterol before I started and from what I see testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) causes even higher. Im on statin, question can having cholesterol make it harder for Test to absord into your sytem or not.

For two weeks try halving your shot and doing it twice as often. If you noticed crashing at Day 7 then you'll still be too far down at Day 6. The more stable level may fix a few things - excess aromatizing for one. My levels were all over the place using cream, very stable at 90mg E3D, and came in at 47.3 (8.0-38.0) - about 1400 on the US scale.

I agree with BigFella.......I went form once a week pin to twice a week (mon-thur) and so far its working great for me and I was able to lower my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) by doing this.

Also were you able to find out if you are primary or secondary hypogonadal...should be able to tell by your blood test results...if you are secondary I believe HCG will help you. Hcg will force your nuts to make testosterone as well as help back fill the pathways of other hormones like Pregnenolone. I'm no expert for sure just sharing some of the things I have learned by reading and researching. I'm secondary myself and have HCG in my protocol and it makes me feel better.....

  • Primary - defect is inherent within the gonad: e.g. Noonan syndrome, Turner syndrome (45X,0), Klinefelter syndrome (47XXY), XY females with SRY gene-immunity
  • Secondary - defect lies outside of the gonad: e.g. Polycystic ovary syndrome, and Kallmann syndrome, also called hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.[1] Hemochromatosis and diabetes mellitus can be causes of this as well.

I reckon I'm secondary. But I'm 61 - maybe I'm tertiary or quaternary . . .

doc never said anything about that except that I my pituatary is fine, so Im assuming hypogonadal, but what level I dont.

Talk to your doc about it should be able to tell by your baseline (first) blood test.........for example if you have your LH results and it was 1.2 out of a 2-9 range then you are secondary hypogonadal and if your results was 4.3 out of a 2-9 range then you are primary hypogonadal......I'm sure I'm leaving a detail or two out but that is what I remember my gp telling me.

Ok ill have to check. Im waiting on a call for an appointment with an ENDO. Either way based off of feel I need some sort of change in protocol whether it be the amount of T or an addition of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or HCG. Because like I said the first month I was going up nicely and loosing weight now 8 weeks in I almost feel like I did at the start. Is this common? One positive is going every 6 days I feel pretty steady now and mental foggyness is gone.

When I first started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I experienced some negatives......I was under the care of my gp and only taking Test cyp nothing else.....no AI....no HCG.....and one hell of a roller coaster ride protocol (one 200mgs test cyp injection e30d).....I was in a mess.....I would feel great one week..... losing weight... lots of energy...morning wood....all the positive things we experience with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) then the next week or two downhill from there.....all the positive things would just fade away......I started researching testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) found this site...learned what a half life was....my gp sure didn't know with the protocol he gave me.......got in touch with Todd at IMT and here I am today feeling great...... tweaking and almost dialed in with my current protocol.....You need to get a blood test for sure find out where your E is.......find out if you are secondary hypogonadal and if you are I think HCG will help you......good luck man and keep us updated
