You can't if it's done with cash, but it's nearly impossible to mess up as long as you follow instructions EXACTLY.

They will issue you an MTCN number that allows you to track and verify funds were picked up. It's just like tracking a FedEx package.

I have to disagree. I've had more than one occasion where wu fucked up my transfer and everything was EXACTLY the way it should be per the instructions. For some reason they couldn't receive it on the other end. Once I did have to get a refund and fyi...if you don't use your real id and personal info, then you CANNOT get your money back! At least that's what they told me.

I sure do only because they told me if it didn't match I couldn't get my cash back, even with the MTCN and receipt.

I believe if you're buying for personal use and not enough to sell it, you're fine. The DEA will not waste time and money on your 400 dollar order. And if someone, who is not your mailman, asks for you to sign a package at your door, say no.

Its called the grey market when u buy for personal use and not for distribution. The DEA doesnt care or wants to spend 10s of thousands of dollars on "chumps" that buy 1 or 2 or even 5 vials at a time. What they want are the guys who buy the powder from China or else where and set up labs. Yet what u have to see is look at the news over the last 20 yrs and see all the steroid" labs" closed down compared to weed houses, coke meth and other labs.

I can send WU transfers directly from my online banking up to $1000 daily. They've already got my details when I send and when you post receiver details it asks you if the receiver must either answer a security question or present i.d. So my assumption is yes they will also i.d. the sender if you go in person. As for do's and don'ts just don't send any money via WU if you don't know the individual.

I can assure you that WU did not fuck it up, in most cases. If instructions are followed exactly and it still gets fucked up, it's normally due to illegible handwritting or an inadvertent misspelling. Jinn Soo is not Jin Soo as far as they are concerned, this also goes for sloppy hand writting making Jinn look like Jim.

The standards are very strict when it comes to picking up funds. The MTCN number makes the funds tracable anywhere, so it's not a matter of money being lost. It's a matter of something does not match up and therefor cannot be claimed.

Spelling is the most important part of the WU transaction.....must match letter for letter for there to be a successful pickup.....and for god sakes use your own damn name.....for a refund to be issued you must have proper id.... and like said above no one gives a fuk about the 2 vials of test your buying...
