Serious help with diet

Hey guys i thank you all for advice in advance:bowdown:

Im 5'10 and 74kgs not alot of fat at all at about 7-10% bf

I am looking to get beach ready i am 18 and looking for some serious diet advice from those diet gurus

Supplements in my asernal:
ON WHEY JACK3D GLUTAMINE

I train 5 times a week i have 5 weeks left to get results

I walk in the morning for 30 minutes and do weights at night

DIET###

1st meal 6am
1 slice of brown bread 2 poched eggs and yougurt and muesli


8am snack
ON protein shake

2nd meal 10 30am
Tuna boiled eggs and chicken with rice

3rd 12 50
same as meal 2

4th2 50

vegs and steak

5th

dinner what my fam has:newbie: usally rother health

Need more specifics mate. What's your goal, weight loss or gain? I'm assuming with bf% gain. And when you say Eg. Tuna boiled eggs and chicken with rice how much rice, chicken ect. Maybe tally up your daily Kcals, protein, carbs and fats. A little more detail gives guys more info to help you out.

Im looking to rip by eating clean and gain muscle at the same time(beach ready)

i have half a cup of rice with my 2nd and 3rd meal 1 beast each launch and im not quiet sue my kcals because im trying keep it down and have a protein rich diet with complex carbs
 
Hi there, Did You Know 96-97% of diet supplements don't Work, only 4% of diet supplements are really work..that was my personal experience which i wanna share with you..
