first cycle - Test Enanthate 500mg/week with post cycle therapy (pct)
Hello I am 22 1/2 years old. I’ve been weight training since 14 years old. I’ve been at 90% or above for the last 4 years in regards to eating, sleeping, and training properly. I have dedicated a great deal of my time, energy, and money to pursuing my physique goals and my dreams and aspirations to compete on a higher level (no I don’t want to be Mr. Olympia or anything of that sort)... I want to stress that I am NOT a recreational bodybuilder. This is my passion and my career path. I am meticulous in my training and diet. log everything in notebooks and spreadsheets on my computer. (I could provide the last 14 months in training and diet; exact calorie/macro composition via my spreadsheets if you asked me to). I have aspirations to compete as a physique athlete and bodybuilder in the NPC. (I have worked in the past with a bodybuilding coach and hired him for my 2011 contest season).
To be honest I only want to do a simple test cycle once to gain that size I’m looking for. No I do not want to play the steroid game and make this long term. I am not a greedy person. My ideal situation is that I make an increase, maintain my new gains, and just continue my lifelong bodybuilding journey naturally from there and make steady progress with proper eating/sleeping/training and the right discipline and focus. (No I have no aspirations to be 250lbs HUGE and eating 10,000 calories a day... I’m more for the competitive men’s physique look in the NPC). Other than that my training and nutrition is on point 24/7/365. I am meticulous in my training and diet. I log everything in various notebooks. I just finished a strength cycle in training. I am deloading this week, then running a 12 week volume split (for hypertrophy) with more sets. little bit higher training frequency, and less training to failure thereby increasing the amount of work I can do as opposed to trashing the muscle and reducing my volume.
I’d reveal photos of myself when I cut to 186-188lbs @ 6-7% body fat last summer..but I’d like to stay anonymous. I’m a bigger bodybuilder compared to the other young bodybuilders around my age. (I have a large frame but I’m looking to add about 10-15 lbs of lean muscle.)
The point I’d like to make is that i take my bodybuilding efforts very seriously; this is my pursuit and this is what i want to do. I am a competitor and I have aspirations to start my personal training business, both online and in person. (I am quite aware that looking good won’t make you money, and I do understand I must work, use my brain, provide a service in the market place, but the whole fitness lifestyle has been my passion since I started training in 2004. During my high school years I was the kid that was saying no most of the time to drinking and smoking pot unlike most of my friends because I didn’t want to compromise my body in any way. I want to make it clear that I am not a recreational bodybuilder that pumps up before the club on weekends.
I just want to let it be known that I’d like to be taken seriously in my efforts because I am being genuine and decided to come to these boards for education and advice on how to do this safely and also what to expect. So I appreciate any information you guys may have for me.
I only plan to use an extremely mild and controlled testosterone cycle for a 10 week period.

Week3: 100mg clomid/20mg aromasin
Week4: 50mg clomid/10mg aromasin
Misc: 3g vit c, 10g creatine daily
