i see all these post on diets but no serving sizes. what are the normal serving sizes for otheres during bulking. like with pasta,rice,chicken,ground beef.
usually around 40-50g protein, 80g of carbs or so....bascially when bulking you need between 3500-5500 calories (depending on your size, goals, fat gain wanted) and just divide it up between 6-7 meals.
most of my portions range between 4 and 6 oz. I am currently eating 3024cal a day,295.9 grams of Protien 338 grams of carbs .... In a few weeks I will start my bulking phase and those portions will go up.
