Sets per bodymuscle?

Hi I would like to ask,how many sets and reps should be done for each part of the muscle?and how long should I rest after every set?

depending on te amount if lifting experience you have and your goals you most likely should not be basing a routine on muscle groups and sets most likely should be geared towards the squat/bench/dead
 
Lots of guys are gonna say low volume, but I, along w/ many others, only respond to higher volume. Lower volume doesn't really do shit for me. I would say as a beginner, go for maybe 9 sets. 3 exercises, 3 sets each. When you're first starting, you're probably gonna grow off of any work you do.

Lots of guys are probably gonna say maybe only 4-6 sets total. So you're probably gonna get a wide variety of responses. Just pick which one you like and go from there. Try it for 6 weeks or so and if you don't like it, switch it up. Actually after 6 weeks you should probably switch it up anyway to keep your muscles guessing.

Yeah Im gonna try this one becuase my friend told me to do 3 exercise and 3 sets too.thanks
