shingels on cycle

I am curious if anyone has exerienced this before. I have had chicken pox when i was little, and do get cold sores. But a couple wks ago i got a very strange sensation on my skin in a few areas. Now in one of them I have a breakout. It is small but i am worried about it getting worse. I am only 38 and a little young to be getting this, do you think its related to my cycle. This is not my first cycle, I'm only doing test 500mg wk on wk 7 of cycle

Ok, take Lysine, it helps keep the cold sore virus from going wild. It's a supplement and it works alright. Shingles, cold sores, herpes, all come from the same family but live in difference places. If your immune system is weak, such as if you have a cold, they'll likely come out, as in my case.

Some people are more prone to getting the outbreaks, but they have meds for that. You're 38 and a little young to get shingles? You're in prime age for shingles! sorry

yeah i get them if im nervous. i remember there was this one gym i used to go to and everytime i was there i would break out. idk why. it seemed at that time everytime i would engage in physical actibity and sweat i would get them.

hey bro... i got shingles when I was 22, had already been doing the bodybuilding thing for a few years... it was a real shock to my system, started getting increasingly weaker over a 2-wk period, also had numb sensations throughout my back... then got a breakout right on my ass cheek... it was shingles... doc said rare to get it under the age of 50,but can happen... good luck bro, it'll pass in a few weeks and you'll get your strength back... rest well

Shingles? It could be a lot of things, such as ringworm, staph infection, poison oak, psoriasis, even scabies.

Whenever I get skin inflamations, I always put jock itch stuff on it. The really powerfull stuff that comes in a small bottle.

Also mark it with a pen to make sure it's not growing. Luckily with your cycle, you won't have to really tell the doc what you are taking unless you get admitted to the hospital, which probably won't happen unless its MRSA.


I don't mean to scare you, but whatever, you are a big boy and I am sure you can handle it.
