shoot eq once or twice a week?

hey, is it more beneficial to do one 400mg shot once a week, or do 200mg twice, like on mon. and thurs. ?

ive done both and its easier to do one shot a week but I still do split..

I do it once a week, but to each his own.

I'd rather do it twice per week to try and maintain blood levels that were a bit more stable, but either will suffice.
