short cycles explained

So say you do a 3 weeker Deep, would you front load or what. I'm guessing it all depends on the gear you choose????

I don't front load because I use doses that are what I consider to be high. I have 6 days left on my current 3 week cycle and I my body weight is up 16 lbs. while on a clean diet. I have been doing short cycles for 1 and 1/2 years now and have no intention to ever go back to more traditional longer cycles.

After your 3 weeker how long off time do u take.Is the post cycle therapy (pct) also included as off time?

4 weeks off. Yes I'll do Nolva and plan on adding AIFM this time around to see what effect it will have on recovery.

100mg EOD Test Prop, 100mg EOD Tren Ace, 100mg ED NPP. I don't believe it's practical to use long esters because you want to get blood levels up high and steady ASAP then have them clear your system on the day after the cycle is over.
 
"with M1T i can't go over 5mg ED if i do the back pumps are so severe i can barely walk. and as far as sides. i am unsure of sides of D-bol vs sides of M1T. for what i have read though comparing the two M1T is suppositly stronger mg per mg. and as far as cycles go i think prop and M1T for 4 weeks may be what i go with. although not totaly sure yet."

i can't begin to imagine that M1T is stronger than dianabol. like other guys said, good shic (short high intensity cycles) should include short esters and a strong oral. my fav is the following

wk 1-3 100mg prop ed
wk 1-3 50-75mg nandro prop ed
wk 1-3 50mg dbol ed

did this awhile back and put on 24 pounds in three weeks. granted, lot of water, but still very nice strength and size gains. kept about half.

ahh ok. i was under the impression short was 3-6 weeks in length. i will keep the length's you said in mind as i plan this cycle out. this will be my 1st actual cycle of some thing other than M1T.

That would be a solid short cycle. Enough to produce good gains and hopefully not shut down too hard. Let us know how it goes.

my thing with short cycles is, cuz i'm startin a tren shorty tomorrow, is do i up my training frequency, from once a week to twice for each muscle group, to take advantage of the hormone for the 2 weeks? then, go back to once a week. i'm on the 4-6-8 reverse pyramid/max-ot hybrid routine, which works well 4 me. any advice?

From what Ive heard, think just a test cycle would be good if its your 1st(don't bother w/the m1t lots of sides)
a bud of mine did 1.5ml of prop EOD for about 12wks and had great results
I've tried m1t before and the sides got pretty bad, i wouldn't really recommend it
 
Question:

I fall in the catagory you talk about of a recrational user. At max I have done 1: 12wk cycle per year and to date it has been 2 years off of everything. I would like just a little bump to harden up for a trip I have in 30 days and I have about 5Ml of Winstrol (winny) left at 50mg per ml. I was thinking about doing a low dose like you stated and was wondering your thoughts on it. I would do 25mg every other day for 21 days just finish off what I had for a little bump in my already dedicated diet and training regimin. I am 140lbs at 12% bodyfat and only 5'2" just to give you an idea. Any thoughts??
