I live in a South East Asian country reputable for its extremely strict drug laws but gear is accessible albeit slightly pricey.
Trained for 5 years so far. Standing at 5'9". Started working out at 21 weighing 121lbs then (skinny as hell). Am 26 now and currently on a cut 15-16% bf 162lbs.
Gains are slowing down to a crawl though. Moderate surpluses leads mainly to fat gains and minimal to no mass gains (might be doing it wrong or smth, a concern nonetheless but it isnt the key concern for the purposes of this thread. will fix it if i ever wanna start a cycle).
Question 1: Should i consider running a basic beginner cycle, say in the near future, with the following
Week 1-12: Test E 500mg/wk 250mg e3.5d
Week 1-14: Adex 0.25mg eod
Week 5-18: Nolva 40/20/20/20, Clomid 100/50/50/50
Suppose if i do run this cycle
Question 2: Would my pubertal gyno be of concern. Had it since my teenage years and are still present. Gland is present with some fats. Im assuming that since it has been present for more than a decade, it is irreversible.
Any advice on how i should go about preventing any worsening of the gyno problem if i ever start this cycle
Thanks all for the advice.
