Nice that your E2 level is stable. What is your protocol?
See post #2. I gave you a recommendation in that post.
Thanks, I am going to take your recommendation and split into two doses per week, but you don't recommend any more than 200 mg per week? Also, should I add HCG into the mix and also what will happen when my doctor puts me on an AI, will this help my testosterone level?
I would stay on the 200mg dose you doctor has you on.
Lots of guys like taking HCG while con TRT. Gives them a sense of well being. I think it would be worth trying. I plan on adding it to my protocol.
We don't know if you need an AI. Switch to the pinning twice a week and get your blood work again in about a month. Let's see how your estradiol and TT look on that protocol. HCG can affect your estradiol numbers too.
My doctor actually told me last week that my estradiol levels are high and that they are going to start me on the AI. I am just kind of confused on how that works, when I start that, I understand that my estradiol levels will go down, but does this also affect my testosterone level?
So I found out that my estradiol is at 50. My doctor is increasing my testosterone dosage from 200mg weekly to 220mg weekly and prescribed me arimidex to be taken 1mg twice weekly. Does this sound good? And is that a very high estrogen level?
That seems like a high starting dose of arimidex. You could completely crash your E2 and feel way worse. 50 is not that high so I'd be surprised if you need 2mg of arimidex weekly to manage it.
Sweet spot on the Sensitive Estradiol Assay is between 20-30. Most guys don't feel good when their E2 goes below 20. You get serious fatigue and joint pain,
I never felt anxious with high or low E2. I think that is if you are already anxious that it might get exasperated.
