Should I try steroids or change something?

Hi guys,
I looked up this site cause I really need some advice from people that know a lot about this.
I am 26 right now, I am 6'2, about 185 pounds. I have been working out since the age of 15 (I was already 5'8 feet) and really fat. Since I started my aim was to get rid of all that fat and I made it by the time I was 16, but since then I have been trying to gain muscle but it has been extremely hard. Im fit right now, about 9% body fat. I eat extremely well since 15 years old, my diet looks like this:

Morning:
4 egg whites
A lot of cheese (really like cheese)
Oats
Cerial
Yogurt
Multi-vitamin
2 Creakic Capsules

Snack:
weight gainer (heavyweight 900)

Lunch:
3 Chicken Breasts
4 scoops of brown rice
2 scoops of beans
3 egg

Snack before gym:
Isopure protein
2 capels of creakic
PB&J sandwich

Post workout:
Halo Anabolic
Turkey Sandwich

Dinner:
Pasta (the amount depends on the day)
2 creakic capsles

Ive been eating like this for a long time, I go to the gym 3 times a week for heavy weights, run 1 hour 2 times a week. I also do brazilian jiu-jitsu 5 times a week but it is not a lot of a muscle workout, more cardio. I sleep 8-9 hours a day.

supplements i have tried:
Isopure protein (6 years now), True mass, Heavyweight 900 (2 years now), Halo Anabolic, Creatine both powder and capsules, Arima-test, Prototype 216, No Vapor, some of the Gaspari supplements, animal stak, animal pump and no explode.

Multi-vitamins every day: first took animal pak then regular GNC multi-vitamin.

I did a lot of research but never heard an opinion, I feel like reading is not enough I would like people that know to look at my diet first.

I go up and down 3 pounds every week, never more than this. I train properly in a heavy weight gym, did years of research on mass gaining training.

Out of all the steroids I've seen Dianabol oral was the one that attracted me the most, I am sure you guys have seen this before a lot due to the non use of needles, I really don't like it, I don't feel I could do it properly.

Please let me know what to do! Fix my diet, other supplements, try steroids.

I have never stopped training since I began, I love my gym time as much as I think you guys do, like a ritual.

Alright man. First of all your diet is pretty good, its not very clean but everything is kinda there.
I can only talk for myself, but when I gain I eat about 8 - 10 times a day. Constant calorie intake. I think you might need more fats and less simple carbs. Try to get more protein in around the clock. And have it be from different sources. I see its mostly egg and turkey, you need to switch things up all the time. Get some beef and fish and everything else.

Your post workout meal could improve as well. A sandwich post workout does nothing. You need fast absorbing foods, get a whey isolate, mix it up with some ovaltine or something like that. In general you can forget about those brands and things like "Halo Anabolic" the fancier the name, the crappier the product.
Do research and find a good Whey isolate or concentrate. Its better and cheaper.

Now the training I think is more of an issue here. You go to the gym 3 times a week? Do you work every muscle 3 times a week ? Thats a good training to gain the first 15lbs but from there on a 5 day split is better imo.

Last but def. not least the gear. I can promise you if you take gear while you're unable to naturally gain muscle. You will loose every ounce you gained and prob more a few weeks after you stop taking stuff.
Making natural gains and using gear to speed up the proces is the way to go.

Once you get to that point you can do a Dbol cycle. Lots of guys say Orals only is bull but I disagree. Sure you wont be the next Arnold with Dbol only but you'll still be able to slap on as much as 30lbs in less than 2 years.

You also mentioned you gain and loose 3lbs each week. I think its no big deal, I get that too from time to time, but you might still wanna get a check up by a doctor. Perhaps a thyroid problem.

to get rid of all that weight (I was 230) i worked all the muscles but at the time I worked out 5 times a week. since then, after I got fit I was still working all the muscles but changed to less reps and more weight. Now in the past 3 year Ive been doing biceps +chest, then back + triceps and traps, then legs + shoulders. when losing weight I got to 170 before gaining some muscle, I went from that to now in the past 3 years. Ill cut the Halo anabolic, It has not helped too much. Should I look at like another 10 pounds before thinking about gear? and if so how should I do the D-bol properly? I am definitely going to do it with constant check-ups with my doctor to make sure everything is ok but I read so much about this that I cant get a straight formula and the other things I have to take with it.
 
Thats a lot of up and down for only 3 years. Its time to get stable. Find out what works for you right now, diet and exercise wise. Then adjust it as you progress. Another 10lbs before gear would be great but its not a must.
As soon as your diet and training is in check and you feel you are making progress and then its time for gear.

As for Dbol only, first time user too. I'd start at only 10mg a day, split in 2 doses. Add another 10mg each week until you're up to 50.

Should look something like this:

Week 1: 10mg ED
Week 2: 20mg ED
Week 3: 30mg ED
Week 4: 40mg ED
Week 5: 50mg ED
Week 6: 50mg ED


You can also start going back down to 30mg once you reached 50, or stop at 40, whatever suits you best.
Not everyone reacts the same on Dbol, some love it, some hate it. But this tappering up system will help you find out the right dose for you. On your next cycle you can start with the dose you like best right away.

Keep in mind Dbol shuts you down hard and can cause gyno rather easy. Have some Nolva and Adex on hand just in case. A proper post cycle therapy (pct) must follow as well.
HCG might seem over kill but I recommend it.

Keep your liver checked and avoid alcohol at all costs. Have some sort of liver detox pill or cycle. You need to do a lot of research on how to heal and prevent liver damage if you wanna get serious with orals.
 
3 chicken breats and 3 eggs in one meal? spread that shit out bro

you have no protien from post workout(which i assume is in the afternoon, till the morning, and even then the protien is lacking hard

OP - If you want to stick to orals only that's your business. Know that you will NEVER get the results of someone who isn't afraid to inject. Also know that injecting isn't difficult or painful.

With that said, if you want to stick to orals only, stay away from dbol. You should look into legal prohormones like epistane or hdrol instead. They're on the same level in liver toxicity, but at least you'll keep some of the mass gains (unlike dbol where you'll keep mostly strength and lose almost all mass).

As a final note, stay away from those ridiculous supplements. If it says BSN, Muscle Tech, Gaspari, Controlled Labs etc on the bottle then it's garbage. Garbage that you're way overpaying for.

Learn to make your own weight gainers like a real man lol

X2, this is perfect advice. Theres so many other things you can improve on to get you where you want. As Glubdawg said, all those gains will most likely be gone with DBol. If you do go with DBol, dont taper like stated above, start at 25mg and go from there. I don't see a need to do more than 50mg a day. Torem for post cycle therapy (pct) or clomid/nolva will do.
