Shoulder bursitis

So I've been suffering with a clicking in my shoulder for a while, after first going to the doctor they sent me away saying that "some people have clicks" after a while it started to become pain ful (I've never truly been able to work shoulders as a result of this)

I went through the system of Physio (admittedly I didn't exactly stick to it) and then went to the consultant who was to check over the scans etc and make a decision, his decision... "Quit the gym" "why is the gym so important to you". He says that the bursitis has caused an impingement and in effect deterioration of the tendons. Left his office feeling pretty depressed.

I have since returned to Physio and she seems a little more positive and has left me feeling a little more hopeful, I as just wondering if there is any body out there that has had a similar, if not the same problem, and hopefully some reassurance

Anyone that has any exercises, information, or ideas on what I can do would be greatly appreciated, wanna get myself fixed and get them boulder shoulders I can currently only dream of

Thanks in advance

Peace x

Serge, I would get on a course of the peptide TB500 (thymosin Beta 4). Most fellas generally inject 2.5mg twice per week for 4-6 weeks and then 5mg once per month after that for maintenance. I have seen first hand how well this works with injuries. There are some logs of it on this site and pretty much everyone I have given it too love it and say it has made a huge improvement. It's safe and wouldn't hurt to try man.

nice one man illl have to have a look into it, not something ive really heard thrown about if you know what i mean. then again it might just be something ive ignored in the past.

what conbcern me is... if i do go through with this course and fingers crossed all is well, what exactly do i tell the quack when i go back for a check up and ive mysteriously got it to heal itself? lol

apologise again for the lack of understanding

apreciate it bro

I think what he's telling you is to take matters into your own hands if the doc isn't doing anything helpful...basically no need to go back for a checkup if you can handle it yourself. I'd look into the TB-500 as well and in addition to that, you need to keep the muscles around the shoulder as strong as possible to support any damage in the joint. I have a SLAP tear in my left shoulder and surgery is an option but i've managed to deal with it for the past couple years by focusing on keeping my shoulders strong...lots of isolation movements.

I had some bad clicking and popping in my shoulders about a year ago. What I found was that a few weeks off from presses and a bunch o advil while resting allowed me to work my back and rear delts. My physical therapist told me that my shoulders were unevenly developed which caused them to be pulled forward. Working the back and resting the front for a few weeks worked for me, I am now pain free and shoulder day is a breeze. I am also now repping 300 on chesticle day pain free.

I mean why not just pull the trigger on HGH if you are going to go this route? that's going to add up if you get a 2mg TB for 30....so lets say it's 60 a week if you use 4mg a week.....60*6 = 360

Why do that when you can get about 200IU of HGH for the same price and run it for 20 weeks with a 5on 2off protocol?

I had a case of bicep tendinitis in my right shoulder that had my tendon as thick as my thumb. I have blown out both shoulders the last one sidelined me for over a year. Ya that was a heart breaker... I have done my research and this is pretty solid for helping clean up the shoulder issues along with common sense and not trying to outlift what my tendons and ligaments can handle.

One of the downsides of sauce is the ligaments and tendons can not keep up. Hoping peptides will counter that. Only time will tell. Smart training is the key!
