Shoulder injury

Hey guys... and girls.

I have picked up a shoulder injury, doesnt hurt in everyday life just feel restricted and a sharp short pain when lifting.

Have been doing a shit load of rotator cuff exercises to try and overcome it seems to be working as it feels better when the excercises are done.

Question is how long is it likely to take to get back to normal it's been about 3 weeks now and i took a week off training when i first injured it. also taking a shit load of glucosamine...... any ideas are welcome
 
do you know what happened to it? cuse i have had trouble with my shoulder for the last couple of years? what i have done is stretch all the tendons and ligaments in my shoulder. i have done physio and rotator cuff exercises on it for ages but it is still sore on occaisions. all i can say is most bad shoulder injuries either cant heal themselves or take a huge amount of time to heal.
 
yea i was doing upright rows (which i normally avoid because of this very reason) dont know why but my shoulders dont take kindly to this movement. needless to say will be avoiding them from now on. not bothered as a have good development in my shoulder on all three heads so will just work around..... also cuban presses are notorius for causing problems.
