ok, so i started clen 4 weeks ago. I did my two weeks on and then two weeks off. During my two weeks off I had to get my wisdom teeth extracted which was thursday June 10th. I assumed that i would be feeling much better by yesterday and that i could started my next two weeks on monday as planned. I took my clen 40mcg on day 1 as planned and later on in the evening my extraction spot started bothering me really badly and I wasn't able to go to the gym like I wanted. Then i woke up at 4 this morning throwing my guts up..at first i threw up everything that was in my stomach which was about half a bowl of tomato soup bc i haven't been able to eat much lately although i have been trying tremendously i couldn't seem to keep anything down.. and then afterwards i started throwing up green bile. for about 2 hours.

Just to be on the safe side i was wondering if i should hold off on taking anymore of the clen until i'm feeling better and able to go back to the gym?

Also, due to the fact that i haven't been able to eat the amounts that i should on a day to day basis ive lost 6 pounds since thursday..I was wondering how should i start eating again to ensure that i don't gain everything that ive lost since the beginning of my cycle?? I do know that after a certain time frame your body will adjust to how many calories you are consuming and start burning only that amount of calories. And i don't want to start consuming my normal 1300-1500 calories per day if it is going to make me gain back everything that ive lost these last 4 weeks, however i want to be healthy so any advice is much appreciated.

THANKS

wow, ya I would definitely stay away from the clen! Even though it may seem like a minor tooth extraction, it's still a huge adjustment for your body. Still concentrate on eating good healthy food.
Perhaps post your stat's and current diet for 3J in the diet forum. He can definitely help you get back on track with the right amount of daily calories for you while you're healing.

Also, my experience...it truly is all diet! and not eating enough will stop you from losing weight.

Thanks for your input. When you say i should stay away from the clen do you mean until i'm feeling better or for awhile? I think I may have just gotten a bug or something or an infection. But i was wanting to start back up whenever i started feeling better and can get back to the gym. Meaning if i feel better in a couple days id like to start taking the clen again. I really have no SET diet exactly but i eat ever 2-4 hours small meals to keep my metabolism up and all the stuff...and the past four weeks (other than the last seven days of course) ive been doing great with my diet and everything.

Oh yeah i think i forgot to mention that i went to the dentist today and got everything looked at and they said everything was fine i was experiencing a little extra pain than usual but they put some type of medicine on my extraction spots and they are feeling 100 times better..

Well when i said i don't have a set diet i just meant i'm not doing like a low carb diet or a low fat diet or any specific one but i am eating right and not eating processed sugary foods. and i was seeing changes until i got really sick and started seeing negative changes. but i am always up for new help and advice so i will definately look into 3J's help so thanks for the link! I'm gonna start going back to the gym in the morning once i give myself another day to get back on track with everything

thanks again for your help! (:

I agree with WW, if you had a bad reaction to clen then stay away from it. Its not work the health problems. If you want to get good results you need a good diet PLAN.

Like the others have said stay off the clen till you feel better. But reading your posts I don't think you need clen....just some diet tweaking.

Thanks a lot for everyones help..I havent started taking it again yet and will probably wait a couple more weeks until i get back on track..

Blondie-It wasn't a bad reaction to the clen, i was in my two weeks off when i got sick i just got pretty screwed after i got my wisdom teeth out and everything went downhill from there..but im back in the gym and gettin my diet back on track

Miss Muscle-Just out of curiousity why do you believe that i don't need the clen??
