Simple stir fry
Vegetables:
Carrots sliced thin--use a mandolin slicer if you have one its the easiest way
Onions -chopped
Broccoli-
Frozen peas
Green peppers sliced thin
Bok Choy--fresh cabbage is good too
Meat: Use flank steak cut up in bite size pieces, chicken, frozen shrimp, pork cutlets, scallops etc--in fact I like to use all types of meat together-happy family
Marinate meat- in sesame oil, sriracha sauce(thai chili paste), light soy sauce, and garlic
Cook veggies in peanut oil-onions first, then peppers then carrots then the rest-add 1/2 cup of water or ideally chicken stock once heated throughout remove veggies and liquid into large bowl
In same pan add 3 tablespoons of peanut oil-add meat cook and then add veggies and the rest of marinade --cook till thoroughly heated
