this low carb diet that has been suggested on this board has had simply astounding results, I am in my third week of it and I have already droped a couple of percent body fat. I totally stoped pastas, breads and starches, and substituded vegies mostly stuff like green beans and mushrooms and salads, in the morning for my carb source I have a bran muffin or somthing complex, my point being I have just started noticing a total compostion change in my body, I am getting all my striations back and I am starting to look very muscular again, I never thought I would be able to become this way again, I a have lost at least a couple percentage of body fat, and am sitting around 7-9.5% body fat, its hard to tell with calipers it seems I get a different measurment every time.
thanks to all of you for your time and advice regarding diets, my goal is to get to 5%-6% body fat, I also have one more question, is this unhealth way to eat?
