I've been lifting for more than a year, but I lost 20 pounds with my cardio during that year. In the process lost a great deal of muscle. Now that I'm 143 pounds and 5'11, with a 28 waist, I still have some flab, but I'd like to get bigger, and put on a lot of muscle (probably 30 pounds). I'd like to get bigger(my main priority), but I want that muscle to be leaner.

If I ever f****** find a source (stuff's frustrating to me now), which stack should I go with? Is anadrol+winny alright?

I'm a doing a variation of Rippetoe's now.

I dont think you need to worry about gear ATM mabey consider upping your calories (clean foods tho) By the looks of your pic not wanting to sound too harsh but you could do with hitting the gym for another year or two at least before pulling out the big guns.

143 lbs @ 5'11 you have a lot of room to put on size without gear. read through the "Training Forum" and "Diet Forum" see if you can put on a good amount of size over a few years naturally.

Needsize 5x5 or some variation of the 5x5 is what you need bro......compound lifts, compound lifts, compound lifts.....and DIET are the key

I'm 22, I used to hit the gym everyday, in addition to the running (1-3 miles daily) which didn't help much.

Now I've been going every other day for the past 3 months, and for the past 3 weeks completely got rid of the running (I've been phasing it out a bit). I usually go for a good 30-45 minute workout.

I've been using protein, and creatine, and was using a fat burner for the past 2 weeks, but I stopped the fat burner (man scorch) becuz i'm supposed to be only gaining mass( or so i'm told) and it won't help me achieve my goal.

I just switched to rippetoe 4 weeks ago. I used to just bench, triceps, do a couple squats, do machines, pretty much.

And don't worry about being harsh, bro. I know i look like shit. that's why i'm here. I want your opinions, no matter how blunt.

the main thing is diet, and having a good routine. I personally think machines are crap. Learn how to do the exercized properly with free weights. eat lots of protein and fruits and vegetaables. i do that, and i keep gaining weight yet still manage to hold on to my abs sorta, if you eat healthy and have the right diet it wont all go to your stomache. look in the training forums, you gotta train every muscle properly if you wanna see bigger gains, do some sit ups lol

i am having the same problem. i am 19 years old and have been liftin for 2 year. i weigh 130 height 5,10. i am tired of lookin like a little bitch. i have tried every single diet . i ahev been eating 2500-3000 pure calories a day. but i guess i have a massive metabolisim. could you please help and could you recommend some products that would be helpful.

2500-3000 cals a day? No wonder you are a runt.

I am eating between 5000-7000 calories a day without much junk in it. All too often we read about guys that cry for help that they can never get big and yet they eat like tweety birds. Then when we tell them to eat more they cry that they dont want to get fat.

Eat like a starving horse and lift like a gorilla that sat on a pocupine.

Such is life.

First things first commander lets figure out how much Protein you get a day. I would recomend you take a week or so to add up every day what your Protein intake is. Then well look at ways to make it higher. You should be getting about 1.5g per pound of body weight, So take some time to read in the diet fourms. Next i do not think that 30-45min in the gym is enoff, lets try to increess it to 55min of hard training. Now when you have got your diet and training down take a look at the steroid profiles and learn as much as you can from reading them. Testostrone is what you will mostlikly end up takeing when you are ready so take a good look at that.

PS PM me if you got any questions.
