Sup guys only respond if you know what yothat ur saying

Currently I am 165 pounds at 5'8 and do use aas
would still like to grow more muscle mass but not bulk since it is may so I've found that at about 200-220 carbs a day I can remain pretty lean and still pug on some mass however with the 220 a day I was always under my calorie goal of 2,400 by about 250-350 calories a day
So with some experimenting I realized that if I cut some of the carbs I have for my third meal in the morning and then have a pre work shake of skim milk 1/4 cup of blue berries and 30 grams of my protein powder to make the difference I come out with a out 200-215 carbs and only 8 calories under 2400, I am aware that skim milk can cause bloat but you think that might be a factor with 1 cup 3-4 days a week ( I Cycle my days so some are higher calories then others) give me some good feed back on why or why not this sounds like a good idea

PS did not list my diet because I am an experienced dieter
But proteins are chicken, lean ground beef , protein powder and fish
Carbs come from brown rice baked potatoe and steel oats and then I have a pwo shake containing some dextrose with protein powder and water for my simple carbs

Typing this from my phone so I apologize for some typos but the basic question is do you think adding skim milk to my diet for about 3-4 days a week to hit my calorie needs while being able to keep carbs lower is a good idea

Milk has a lot of simple sugar. It depends on how hard you are planning on cutting. Do you want to get to 6% or 12%... I typically recommend staying away from milk while cutting if you can.

LOL@ TheMilkMan recommending you avoid milk :) (this had to be pointed out :) )

FWIW, I tend to agree. Sugars / Carbs, if you're on a serious cut you'll want to keep them to a bare minimum and you can get your protein from other sources more effectively without these by-products.

Good luck with the cut!
