Sled training.

I could swear there is a thread around here about sled training....

How many x a wk do u guys usually pull sleds?? I was sore as hell several days after I pulled mine. Obviously, u prob. can't do it every day like normal cardio or did i just try and pull 2 much weight??
 
how much you pull? i havent gotten sore yet. i mean immediately after pulling its painful for a little bit but never the next day. i pull 135# .2miles 2-3/w. and I pull in the grass. tougher than pavement.

and you can pull everyday if you like. just lighten the load for longer pulls.
 
I don't know how much it is. Its not a sled. I just hooked myself to a small drag(that u'd normally pull w/a small tractor to smooth out a field). I pulled it in the grass too, so I was pulling up alot of shit cuz its a drag. Maybe I should just get a sled and try that instead? Either way, I got a hell of a work out. :P
