Sleep is important to all of the functions of the body especially building muscle and burning fat. Adults should get 6.5-7.5 hours a night. Do you?
If you dont, here are ways to help you get more sleep.
1. Keep the room you sleep in dark, while you are trying to sleep.
2. Move your alarm clock out of sight and reach. This will help you to avoid the anxiety that comes from, "oh my god, I am only going to get 5 hours, if I fall asleep right now"
3. Write it down and let it go. keep a paper and pen by your bed and write down whatever is bothering you and let it go.
4. Do deep slow breathing to help you physically relax.
Good night! xoxo
