Correct no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) until gyno. I know that is not good but in 4 years I never needed it. Obviously I will do so if I ever us AAS again. I just wanted to sort myself out now. The lump is not noticable. It just hurts when I press it or put pressure on that areaof my chest.
I have not told my DR that I have used AAS but did go and see him and mentioned the sore nipples and lump and that it had come on after my operation. The DR said that my operation and anesthetic would not cause this. I did not mention my AAS use as I am concerned that due to my job which he is aware of he may pass on my AAS usage to my employer which would almost certainly cause termination of my employment. If I could I would just speak to my DR and it be solved. I just cannot, hence why asking you guys here.
You had estro rebound, why I have no idea...
Are you using any medications? If yes have you checked interactions?
I have heard of these cases before where the gyno flares up seemingly out of the blue, I think in difficult cases the gland just needs to be removed because the receptors become ultra receptive to estrogen.
True, but his notes are exempt regarding insurance. I wouldn't confide in my doc about AAS use, but I would continue to press him for a solution. Just keep playing dumb and hopefully he can find a reason for why this happened.
People keep saying get 'blood work' but never thought about this or what it entails .... i'll look it up & the other medication i've taken in the meantime to see if they can cause estrogen rebound.
I've also since read a few threads saying use Nolva after coming off Letro to prevent rebound ... is this true?
